You will receive a Donation Verification card from us and your charity can view a list of all the orders and shipments from its donors and supporters at any time simply by entering their password at our Web site. This also shows them how much they have already collected and how much they can expect to receive at the end of the current month.

I bought a ring but it
is not the right size. Can I order it in the correct

All ladies rings are stocked in size 7. All gentlemen’s rings are stocked in size 10. If you need a different size, for fastest service, we suggest you take it to your local jeweler for sizing. If you would like us to resize it for you, please call our Customer Care Manager for cost and delivery information. Certain items may be special ordered in a specific size. They may not be returned, however, unless there is a manufacturing defect. The delivery time for special orders is 4-6 weeks.
Can I send the ring I

On most rings purchased from Jewels 4 Charity, we offer custom sizing within a normal range that will not cause the stones to loosen or fall out. This range varies depending on the particular item. The cost for sizing is $15.00 plus standard shipping charges. We cannot accept returns on rings that have been sized.

Many items can be special ordered in either 14 Karat or 18 Karat white or yellow gold and some items are also available in platinum.
Our specialty is diamond solitaires and studs. e have a variety of different sizes and qualities in stock all the time and can satisfy just about any request, including engagement rings and tennis bracelets. Call our Customer Care Manager for more information.

Do you have a catalog?

We do not have a catalog of all of our merchandise, but for every participating charity, we do print a personalized mini catalog with some of our best items.

Jewels 4 Charity carefully evaluates every charity or non-profit organization that partners with us to assure its non-profit 501(c)(3) status and its judicious use of funds. You and your charity both receive confirmation of your donation. When you purchase jewelry from us, we send you a Donation Verification Card showing your name, the name of the charity you selected and the amount of your donation (you can see a sample of this card in the drop down menu under Quality, Value and Service). If we shipped your purchase to an address other than the billing address, we will send the donation verification to you at the billing address. Finally, we also forward your name and the amount of your donation to your charity. How can you donate to charity even though you sell jewelry at such remarkable prices?
