Jewels 4 Charity wants you to be completely happy
and pleased with the jewelry you receive from
us.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and
we want to make sure your new jewelry is something
you will treasure for a lifetime. But we also
understand that this might not always be the case.
Jewels 4 Charity allows exchanges or returns
for any reason within 30 days of
the original ship date as long as the jewelry
has not been worn and all the original materials
listed below are included. When we receive the
jewelry you wish to return or exchange and all
of the other materials listed, we will promptly
process your exchange, issue a credit to your
credit card, mail you a check, or issue a Gift
Certificate Credit.
Unfortunately, after 30 days, we
cannot refund your purchase price, but we will
be happy to repair or refurbish your jewelry under
our Lifetime Warranty Program. Please call
our Customer Care Department at our toll-free
number, 1 888 J4C-GIVE or e-mail us at service@jewels4charity.com.
Our Customer Care Manager can offer advice and
get details about what you would like to have
done. They will also be able to give you an estimate
of what it will cost and how long it will take
to repair your jewelry.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise:
We realize that despite every precaution and several
careful inspections occasionally mistakes do happen.
If your piece was damaged when you received it
or you received something other than what you
ordered, please call us within 10 days
at our toll-free number, 1 888 J4C-GIVE or e-mail
us at service@jewels4charity.com
so we can work together to resolve the problem.

- Please be sure to fully insure the package
as you are responsible for the jewelry's full
value until we receive it.
- As soon as we receive your jewelry, we will
carefully inspect the package and notify you
by telephone or e-mail that we have it and have
started processing your claim.
- PLEASE REMEMBER: We can only issue
a full credit or refund if:
- The jewelry is returned within 30 days
of the original ship date as shown on the
packing slip or invoice.
- It is returned in the same condition in
which it was shipped and shows no signs
of wear, abuse, scratches or alteration
- All of the materials listed on the checklist
are included
- The Return Authorization Number is clearly
shown on the outside of the package.
